Sending Setpoints

When you change a setpoint, the change is not automatically reflected in the device; only the Dynagraph Viewer application is aware of it. The pump-off configuration or fluid fill setpoint must be actively sent to the device for the change to take effect. If you make changes and then attempt to close the application or switch to another device or service, the Viewer will ask you whether or not you want to save configuration changes (if you made any). If you do not save the changes, they will be lost. The benefit of this precaution is that you then have the freedom to move setpoints without affecting the system, and can choose to save changes only when you are ready to do so.

To Send the Pump-off Configuration

Do one of the following:

• On the Poll menu, click Send Pumpoff Config.
• Click Send to Device > Pumpoff Config or right-click in the graph and select View from the context menu.

To Send the Fluid Fill Setpoint

Do one of the following:

• On the Poll menu, click Send Fluid Fill Setpoint.
• Click Send to Device > Fluid Fill Setpoint or right-click in the graph and select View from the context menu.
